PROPERTY CAMBODIA PRIVACY POLICY
This policy explains what information Property-cambodia.com collects, why, and how it is handled. We have kept it short and truthful.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give: your name, email address, international phone number, message and, optionally, your preferred location, budget and the page you enquired from. We do not collect payment details.
Why we use it
Your enquiry is stored securely so that we can respond to it and keep a record of our correspondence. We rely on your agreement, given via the consent checkbox, and on our legitimate interest in answering requests you have made. Agreeing to submit an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing; no marketing opt-in is bundled with the form.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We use Web3Forms to process enquiry details and deliver email notifications to our team. Your form details are sent to Web3Forms when you submit an enquiry, alongside a copy stored in our database. See the Web3Forms privacy policy for information about its processing. Other sharing happens only if you request an introduction to an independent professional or the law requires it. Our hosting providers also process data on our behalf.
Tracking
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and page views. Analytics is optional and does not load until you accept it. We do not deliberately send enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages to Google Analytics; page-view URLs omit query strings and fragments. Advertising consent and Google Signals remain disabled. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy. You can reject analytics without affecting the site, or withdraw your choice on our Cookie Policy page. Development previews do not send Google Analytics page views.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable records. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, via our contact page. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office; see the ICO guidance for the public.
